If you have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Cyberlink as I have I feel for you. It should give you a hint of theyre customer service when you have to buy a two month subscription to even get the phone number for customer service, and forget any kind of personal response other than a referral to the FAQ page. Everything you try to access is blocked by an add for an updated version of whatever program you are trying to use. I bought the Power DVD 11 for my portable Blue Ray, DVD, CD player, reader, writer and have after 2 months been unable to get it to function except through the updated trial program that has now expired and havent been able to find and put an icon on my desktop to use the Power DVD 11, that I paid $ 109.00 for. I will never recommend them to anyone and even after having written an email to the customer support explaining about these issues and after a month and a half have yet to get any response.
