If you havent been watching The Unknown Cat on YouTube, then youre missing out. Hes one of my closest friends and he is a living example of off grid, urban sustainability. Hes a regular Renaissance man.....an artist....a craftsman.....a homemade gun building genius......an urban farmer....and he and his sweet wife can whip up some pretty good chow on the old wood burning cook stove. As the Fall temperatures continue to ease on into crisp and cool, Im always down for a good bowl of Texas chili!.....actually, I could eat it year round......but for some reason, its especially good this time of year.
