If you know me well you are probably aware of my dislike for Comcast. My latest disaster to take place goes like this......Sunday afternoon internet and on demand are not working. After doing the first ten steps myself that they usually walk you through from India on the phone,unplug this reboot this etc. I decided to call and went through all the same steps to no avail. Instead of getting upset as usual I agreed to the Tuesday appointment time to have someone come out. Well on Monday the problem fixed its self..Internet and on demand working. So when they called to confirm and you can press 1 or 2 to cancel appointment I canceled. So I thought. Today the tech called saying he was at our house. After apologizing and saying I had canceled and was sorry for him having to come out and we were not home and everything was working he said he would check some things out and replace something on the box outside that didnt look right. Very nice guys except for now guess what? Yep not working again. Now the guy from India wants me to start unplugging again. I love you comcast
