St. Joseph Cathedral Library to Feature The French Connection July 16 - July 18 While Bishop Peter Libasci and his fellow pilgrims from the Diocese of Manchester are in Quebec City to celebrate the 350th anniversary of Notre Dame, the Cathedral Library in Manchester will be featuring the rich French-Catholic contributions to our Diocese. Highlights of the exhibit will include the Dioceses three French Bishops, their colorful period vestments, and historical documents from their tenures. In addition, visitors can peruse French newspapers, works of art, and other artifacts that present a picture of parish life over the years. NOTE: French-speaking volunteers will be on hand to make your visit meaningful. The Cathedral Library is the green building with Library sign located on the corner of Lowell and Union Streets.
