If you plan on going to the movies anytime soon, I highly recommend Selma. Its a wonderful, humanizing portrait of Dr. King and those who served humanity beside him. This is likely the best biopic Ive seen. Aside from a few creative licenses taken by the filmmakers, the only real beef I have with the film is that most of his words were changed. But they captured the spirit of the movement well, and I assume the differences have more to do with the King estate than DuVernay et al.
