If you sign up for Obamacare, you sign away All reasonable expectations of privacy This means that ALL information relating to your application for medical coverage is no longer protected by the Fourth Amendment. This includes, but is not limited to, employment history, residence history, hobbies, pastimes, education, groups you affiliate with, etc, etc. Why is this information now no longer protected? Because all of this formerly private information can be used to assess your medical history and predict your future health costs. And you just voluntarily signed away your right to keep this information private. Think about this, because you just signed away your rights to privacy to one agency of the U.S. Government (the Internal Revenue Service) they can now freely share any and all of your info to any other agency because you gave them permission to do so. Whatever happened to the Fourth Amendment? Ya know, The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
