If you think there are no true reality shows on television check our The Discovery Channels Naked and Afraid. Essentially they take a man and a woman(strangers) who are well versed in wilderness and survival, drop them into a swamp, desert, wilderness to forage for water and food for 21 days. They are completely naked. Each episode follows a couple for the 21 days! Tonight this couple is in Madagascar Africa fighting scorpions, black widow spiders, boa constrictors, making fires, looking for food and water and finding their way to their extraction point.
