If you use the internet, EVER, then you need to pay attention to this. This isnt one of those fight for my cause or its a small issue that I care about thing, this is a big deal. Net neutrality says your internet is left alone, not governed, and that you cant be charged to go to a website. but if it goes away all of that goes away. You WILL be charged a different price PER web site that you visit. You can be charged by the kilobyte for certain sites, email, messages sent, limited to a certain number of emails you can send per internet package that you buy, sign up for, and pay for. I pay $40 a month for internet and if net neutrality goes away I can SERIOUSLY be looking at about $120 a month for the SAME or less internet that I currently use. This isnt a warning of what can happen, this is a warning of what will. The U.S. currently pays the most for internet and gets the least in bandwidth meaning that I pay $40 a month and 30 megabits a second. Places like Hungary pay $10 and get 100 megabits a second. Yes, its bullshit. Please follow and read the link I provided. If you dont care enough to even read it then get ready to pay $0.25 for every Facebook post your read or post.
