... If you visit UCAPS and are greeted by a brown and black dog with an orange collar on, that is Arby Lou. Arby is our miracle girl and mascot. If she shows you her teeth, she is smiling at you, not growling (look at her tail).. If she is foaming at the mouth, she just ate or drank water, she does NOT have rabies... Thank you to lady who prompted this status by saying Im surprised they havent picked her up for rabies... I never really thought about how Arby Lou might appear to someone who didnt know her story.
