If you want to succeed as a startup founder, build a reliable team first. Ideas will change, but people is tough to adapt. Build a team that you could trust and delegate, and keep them engaged with an effective feedback system. Your job is none other than putting pieces together. Remember that no matter how detail oriented you are, however; As a leader, delegate and trust that your team will deliver. Tell them that its OK to deliver shitty results to begin with, while they learn how to deliver great results over time. Always raise the bar higher. Its OK to make mistakes but not the expensive ones where you should be able to avoid; Because Progress and Outcome is your new best friends, and thats the exact thing that everyone cares about. Nothing more and no less. You dont need to know everything, but you must know how to get things done. The least that you could have as an entrepreneur or leader: a crystal clear Vision.
