Chimney and make Latias/Latios appear to the player (depending on the game version), and make them use Sight Sharing like in their movies. The player sees a cut-scene of what happens to be what the other Eon is seeing (Latios/Latias). This would be the fight between Kyogre and Groudon when it is happening. Then the Eon will fly away back to the Southern Island waiting for the player to come one day while the other will keep roaming the region. What would you choose for an in-game event?
