If your Doctor has ever told you that your diabetes cannot be cured he is TOTALLY FULL OF SHIT. My 3-month blood test just came back and the doctor told me I had only 1% of my time had a high blood sugar level and the rest was normal or low. Sure if I remained a lazy fat ass I would never have gotten better, but I call BS on it not being curable, this time next year I will be totally free from it. Its really hard to make the life change, I spent many days whining to Jonathan Morrison about how I could not do this or that, but once you get the momentum going you want to start sweating and working out. The best thing my manager and friend could have ever done for me was get my ass in that gym. A year ago I locked my keys in the house and me out and trying to climb the fence left me frustrated and in tears, yesterday I was up and over that fence in a heartbeat with no stress and no problems. Think the gym and exercise is just a waste of time and money? Trust me its a life changing event all in itself. STAY STRONG MY FRIENDS!!!!
