If your family has a history of breast cancer, please consider having the BRCA test done. It lets you know if you have the cancer gene and your likelihood of developing cancer. While nothing but death and taxes are certain, it gives you an opportunity to consider what your future could hold and most importantly, it gives you the opportunity to proceed accordingly. The results can surprise you. After testing, it was determined that I have an 84% chance of developing cancer and after meeting with my oncologist, it was determined that a breast cancer diagnoses would be imminent sooner than later. So for that reason, Ill be having surgery on June 4th. We test for AIDS/HIV and other things that can be prevented.......why not test for this????? This PSA is Ms. Howard approved!!!!
