If youre finding life particularly tough just now, itll probably just be that bit in the adventure movie where it looks as if the hero/heroine is done for, and it looks so convincingly so, you can feel the adrenalin as you sit in your cinema seat watching, and even though you know the scripts going to resolve in a happy Hollywood ending and the hero will prevail you somehow cant quite relax and let go of the drama. Well the key is precisely to relax and let go of the drama, to don the heros mantle knowing full-well this constriction youre experiencing is essential to give the storyline of your movie dynamics, without which itd just be damn boring. And even though theres a part of you that would gladly suffer a bit of damn boring in exchange for some respite from the crunchy feeling here at the edge, you know you dont really want safe, you want spectacular. I say lets trust the thrust driving the spectacular into full fruition, be bold and stand firm with a steady nerve and before we know it constriction will have given way to release and there well be holding the golden fleece.
