Thanks to Ellie for being my guinea pig! Mexi-choco-cardamom chicken and rice (name in progress) Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts sliced into strips 1 pack taco seasoning 2/3 cup of water 1 can black beans 3-5 cardamom pods, ground Cocoa to taste (I used about 1/4-1/3 of a cup) Sauté chicken in oil over med-high heat until cooked thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients stirring occasionally until sauce thickens. I added cocoa 1-3 tablespoons at a time until I got the flavor I liked. Salt to taste and serve over rice.
