If youre on (or near) the Sunshine Coast and you like good chocolate, you need to know about this new enterprise, run by a fantastic, entrepreneurial young man, Sebastien Clerc. Sebastiens dad, Thierry, is the well known proprietor of Le Relais Bressan Restaurant (now cafe and deli) at Flaxton. Sebastiens chocolate business is incorporated within the cafe complex (near The Badgers Firkin pub at Flaxton). Im eating a lot less chocolate these days, so I figure if Im only allowed one piece every few nights it had better be the very best chocolate I can lay my hands on. I bought $20 worth from Sebastien today.
