If youre tired of regular crunches but looking for a move that will help get rid of those *love handles,* CHECK THIS OUT! From one of my favorite PiYo vids Hardcore On the Floor -get in an elbow plank -lift one ankle on top of the other -tilt the hip on the same side as the planted food all the way to the floor and back up -repeat on the other side :) It kills, but its so much fun! A couple PiYo progress pics to come later today!
