If youve ever wanted to invest in the stock market but was intimidated by the jargon Im gonna attempt to make it easier....so Im going to use the example of a cheating man, so you have a guy with a girlfriend and some side chicks you wanna take this same approach when investing. Your girlfriend shes like a mutual fund cause she has a bunch of different qualities and a mutual fund invests in different companies. Lets call your side chicks stocks....each chick has a different quality, one gives you money another gives the best head another lets you drive her car etc...this person has a diverse range of women. So you should invest in multiple different types of stocks so if one does bad then you still have the others doing good. The moral of the story is to diversify your stock portfolio the way you diversify your hoes....
