Il Volo reigned today, my usual Monday! My driver was new, and we hadnt gone far when I cleverly (hehe) slipped them into our conversation. She wanted to know all about them... and I obliged. I would like to hear them sing, she said. I just happen to have a CD in my purse, I said, and put it in the slot. Then, after the initial shock, WOW she exclaimed... and by the second song she declared, Im hooked! And whats even better -- after my appointment, she told me while she was waiting, she ordered the CD on her iPad, and was going to go by the music store in Langley to see if they had any other IV CDs so she didnt have to wait for Amazon to send them. Thanked me for sharing, said she was lucky she got today off instead of her usual Tuesday or Wednesday, and was assigned to drive me! (she works for the Ferry System, usually on the dock, and is a volunteer driver on her day off. So, I would say, our Princes have another subject and we have another addict in the making! By the time I got home after errands and lunch, I still had several hours to play here... And now it is already time to decide how to end the night. The first thing that popped into my mind was -- I thought I deserved a treat! A favorite trip back to 2011, to gay Paree -- the city of love. Its been a while since I was there, and can hardly wait. My time machine is ready, and so am I. But I wont go until I bid you all -- Buonanotte, sogni doro. Sleep well.
