Ill be joining Sun News Network at 12:15pm lunchtime, to discuss the case of the man who took off on his day pass, police were looking for him, as he decapitated his mother in 2010 and was found not criminally responsible, he was out on an unescorted day pass.... what do we need to do to keep the public safe, and also to help people with mental illness to not continue to commit acts that end others lives......
