Ill probably have a lot a heat come from this post but oh well. I have read I-594 and I am for it regulating all gun sales through background checks would be a safe alternative to a ban. Now false statements are saying that it would be illegal to transfer guns to family or let a friend borrow a rifle or shotgun for hunting however the exceptions to the initiative state that: Family transfers Borrowed use for legal hunting And antiques Are exempt from this initiative so all this does is keep the criminals from purchasing guns from private parties. And if your against it it means you dont care who you sell a gun to and thats a poor gun owner in my mind we should always be aware of who we sell guns to you never know the motive for buying a gun. So as a legal gun owner and responsible gun owner I say yes to I-594
