IllinoisBikePlan The Illinois Bike Transportation Plan is rapidly pedaling toward the finish line but it still needs your input! We have identified connectivity as a guiding theme in the development of this first statewide bicycle plan. Now we have an interactive, online tool that lets you suggest new regional bicycle connections, identify current barriers to bicycling in Illinois, and provide general input to our planning team.
