Im Nora Im 27 and have 2 little ones. I run backgrounds on people every day and I see at least 1 predator a day. More than half the people I have seen in the last 6 months are not registered like they should be! How can I report it to the proper authorities without compromising my job? Also, why arent the authorities checking to make sure these people are registering? I still cannot understand how they are out. I saw a gentlemen who is on his 3rd offense.
