Im Thankful for life.....GOD SAVED ME........AGAIN......cooking my beef brisket (huge, big meat)....put it in the oven on 250 at 8:00p then went to bed at 9:00p. Set my clock for 3:00a but woke up at 1:00a to check it....plenty of water so, I turn off the 3:00a and 3:15a alarms I had set......sleeping goood, deep sleep, but SUDDENLY round 3:00a ish, jump up and sit on the side of the bed actually planning an escape for me and my kitties, (who, being the silly kitties they are, will probably run from me), but started smelling smoke, so make my way downstairs to the kitchen. Open the oven, check nothing really going on, stand there for a few minutes, a fire......fire with real live flames....starts.....PRAISE BREAK.....HALLELUJAH......GLORY TO GOD, HE woke me up before it even happened so I was able to calmly reach for the salt and put it right out........alarms going off at 3:00a not cool, but PRAISE GOD it was under control. THANK YOU GOD.........AGAIN......FOR SAVING ME (and my silly lil kitties).....purpose still to fulfill........GLORY TO GOD!!!
