Im a MAS supporter for a reason, at least they never made mistake by delivering my baggage to the wrong destination like Korean Air did. They never disappointed me with old and crappy business class seats with bad meal service provided like what Cathay Pacific did. They are not as unreasonably ridiculously expensive as Singapore Air, They never kept us waiting on board delaying for an hour with no reason given like what China Air did, they never had any problems flying through turbulent weather, all safe landings. I have no complaints, based on the service, airfare and professional management and system, they absolutely deserve to be rewarded for 5 Star Airline from Skytrex UK.
