Im a regular cyclist, along with the 3460 people in Stonnington and Port Phillip who choose to cycle to work. Its a great way to keep healthy and to cut back fossil fuel use at the same time. Labor will spend $100 million over six years for cycling infrastructure, and set up a new authority to promote cycling and walking, called Active Transport Victoria. This is a real commitment to encouraging greater and safer cycle use in Prahran.
