Im about to go postal on Wells Fargo!!! On Monday morning, at 11:07 am EST, their fraud prevention calls me to let me know that there are possible fraud charges made with my debit card via google, totaling $24.71. I deny the charges because I did not make them and they cancel my debit card and order me a new one. In the meantime, I have to go downtown to get a temporary debit card until I receive the new one in the mail. Today, I go to check my account and SURPRISE! All the fraud charges were actually POSTED to my account and the money taken out including an additional $0.50 in International Transaction Fees. Of course all I get from customer service is the Im Sorry, Mr. Seltzer but we are just following policy. Now, I know $25.21 is not a lot of money, but STILL, these are charges that I did NOT make and Im getting screwed out of that money!
