Im actually going to stop debating. Seriously, there is no point. Most ex catholics think they know what the Catholic Church teaches and they do not know darn thing about what she teaches. They believe their version of Catholic teaching. They say we worship statues maybe because they were the stupid person that did worship the statue... that makes them the idolater not us. They say we worship the Pope, the saints, Mary, or a cookie, no we worship God alone but give honor to those the God honors. They ignore history when it suits them but remember history when it suits thier purpose in bearing false witness against Catholics or the Church. Seems like they pay attention to what the Pope does than I do. As a former protestant I did see great people in protestant churches but I also saw those people mock and make fun of Catholics. When I challenged them to a debate they ran because at the heart of it they were not about the truth of Jesus Christ but thier version of Jesus Christ. I say I am finished but I know Ill be back like always defending the Church. I just pray the theyd actually get thier facts straight instead of making or painting us as a cartoon.
