Im almost finished with what is, by far, the absolute BEST cup of coffee Ive ever had. Hands down. Thanks to my wonderful Irish fiancé Karen Greaney (who hates coffee) for getting me an Aeropress (and thanks to Dr. Jonathan Fass for the recommendation). It was sooooo smooth, rich & velvety in first thought I messed it up. Gone are the days of nasty, derelict grinds such as Folgers. Behind me are the days of muddy slop so many uninitiated call coffee. The cups of dark nastiness which I so used to recently love have run down the curtain and joined the choir invisible (John Cleese).
