Im an avid and loyal member of the tripatite alliance in good standing both the SACP(YCL) and ANC(YL) from the Overberg Region, Cape Agulhas Sub-Region, Neil Agget Branch,Ward 3 under the leadership of Cde Richard Mitchell. I decided (not the ANC) to set the record straight about how I feel(not how the ANC feels) about the employment of the Presidents daughter. Im a foot soldier of the ANC not a member of a member Im in no ones faction or cabal but this time the President of SA and ANC again has failed the masses who voted for him. ANC is voted by 11 million voters and they are demanding timely, quality and effective service delivery. The season cadre of our movement is needed in that critical post, the ministry is new and needs more processes to be put in place. She is qualified but her qualifications are not relevant for the job. She might be a member of the ANC but not an activist. It is wrong and no amount of justification will make right. Poor cadre deployment contributes to poor service delivery and the ultimate loser will be our ANC. She is not qualified for that post politically and competency wise. Jacob Zuma please think for ANC first then your material needs this is an insult to ANC membership. I love the ANC and I will help the ANC to cleanse itself. Comrades please read your oath when you join the ANC, our duty(including Jacob Zuma) is to make ANC an effective instrument of the liberation of our people not families. We must improve the quality of life of our people through the state as the pillar of socio-economic transformation(not families) Zuma knows that. We must provide capable leaders(not family members) to adress our fundamental needs. Nelson Mandela once said I qoute The quality of change in our society will greatly depend upon the quality of leadership that is exercised. Comrades I think and believe that you know She has qualifications but not the required years of experience for the job. We have qualified cadres with required years of experience that we can deploy.
