Im baaaaaccckkk! After 10 days with yet more countless hours listening to bad music and a succession of polite and helpful but ultimately unsuccessful suggestions from a wide variety of ethnicities, I solved my own internet connectivity problem in the time-honoured way - throwing money at it, having a small tantrum and of course turning it off then on again. While the top boffins at the ISP were still scratching their heads after ten days, I nipped down to The Good Guys in Midland (small plug due a nice discount from Brett) plugged everything in, turned it off again, shouted at it, burst into tears and turned it on. Ta Dahh.
