Im back... Its been a far longer and rockier road that I anticipated but Im really over the worst now and got home an hour ago. So what does any self respecting Fber do??? POST!!! Lol! I wasnt able to have laparoscopic surgery as the tumour was bigger than the kidney and couldnt be squeezed out. Then I had a major bleed from my Adrenal vein and all this malarkey ended up with 36 hours in the ICU...of which I have little recollection! Although Chris said I took the time to be belligerent to being prodded, poked and pricked... I had another problem on the ward with a clot being diagnosed on Friday...debris from the op and *possibly* infected... I was thinking a pair of pliers and a dozen swabs, but no, just blobs of blood! Anyhoo...I was given the all clear at lunch time and here I am. A HUGE thanks to all of you whove taken the time to send messages, cards and flowers I have appreciated every single sentiment and they HAVE helped me! Same old, same old I guess now... D xx
