Im compelled to address an issue today:#Ministry & #Character..:today I will be playing the part of #Minister Coach..:Here we go..Character & Callings should grow up together as two healthy twins..one should not exceed the other..The trouble is that we Love the exciting parts, so we give most of attention to ministry..whether youre a Pastor or involved in church work in other capacities, it seems to be human nature to compensate for the discipline of substantial growth, by involvement in Ministry..it didnt start that way, but it can become that way..theres a measure of self-importance that creeps in..Church work & Ministry is not The Goal..it is a calling..The Goal is the character to grow into The Image of Christ..so many are having needless troubles in their lives & Ministry because their personal responsibility of relationship & discipleship have been neglected in part..Listen-The enemy has listed you as dangerous..any crack in your armor is his target..if you do not work on it, the enemy wont stop until he has hurt you, your family, & Ministry, along with those that are fed by you..it is a great responsibility that requires discipline & maintenance..dont let a little sin destroy much good..You want to go far, as God has called you..Maturity is not automatic..just sayin..Shalom beloved..
