Im considered to be on a low income, so what I am about to suggest I am unable to achieve on my own BUT what IF we all contributed a small sum to purchasing small plots of land adjacent to proposed fracking sites, then being the owners of such small plots of land (even as small as half of dozen tents) couldnt we then use the following legislation to challenge? legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1990/43/contents
