Im continually amazed at the power of love. Yeah, I know, cliche! But if I told you that love had the power to create boundaries in a relationship that fear & threats could never create, could you understand/believe that? This is the classic way we treat children and/or our partners because we want them to do what we want (because were afraid of what it will look like to others) or because were afraid of being alone. It is possible to be in the fears of rejection & loss fully... Through that scary place find peace & trust... And love. Love & freedom has appeared where once there was fear of me. Ive found that to be loved doesnt necessarily mean I say I love you back. Reciprocity. Anothers love helps me see myself more fully, & I learn to love myself in ways unknown to me before. Did you know that Im ducking awesome!! And I know that because Im loved by a person w the purest of hearts. His heart & love show me how amazing I am. And being in that love & being in the security of who I am allows me the ability to put boundaries up around me that before theres no way that I could have done... Love helped me see the limits I needed ... Fear doesnt have this power without coercion. Fear was the tool... The guide to go deeper & see what before was being ignored... Fear brought it to the surface. And love gently took it on a walk & allowed it to be released. And love produced what fear tried to push. Love creates. Love transforms. Love is powerful!
