Im cooking my girl a lovely meal tonite. Her menu is ... Menu de Table 76 Coriander Drive. The home of nearly fine dining. Starters Pate:- A wonderful homemade Pate, made from slightly sizzled Turkey livers. Served on crouton toast. Soup:- A fine Butter Bean and Chorizo soup. Seasoned with black pepper and served with tiger bread. WhiteBait:-Whole fish, including eyes and little bellies, all fried up in a Olive oil frenzy. Main Course Paella:- Homemade Bradley Stoke Paella, featuring local crayfish, and duck pond shrimps. Chicken Chassuer:- A homemade chasseur with vegetables, shallot onions and mushroom. Bradley Stoke Chicken Puff:- A Chicken and Roast Portobello Mushroom Puff Pastry served with Petit Pois with leek and Pancetta. Pork Belly Slices:- Tesco blue stripe Pork Belly’s, grilled to your liking, served with Pillua rice, and a bed of crunchy salad leaves with a milk stout dressing. Sweets Crumble:- A Red Berry blush Crumble served with a hint of cream. Cheese Plate:- A plate of cheese biscuits, and selection of mature cheddar and Blue Shropshire Cheeses.
