Im curious as to what my neighbours in the valley are paying for hydro one on a monthly basis. I have a home in Val Caron and live here with my two boys (who I have 50% of the time) and my golden retriever. My bill states that my average use of electricity per day for July 19th - August 20th was 35 kWh. (34 for the same period last in 2013). This all translates to a bill of $226.62. My bill last month was $206.00 for 33 kWh. I do most of my laundry at night (off-peak hours) and I can hear my dads voice in my head when I walk around the house shutting off lights my boys may have left on. why is this on? shut the lights when you leave a room! Am I alone in thinking this seems expensive/excessive??
