Im likely to be paying him a visit in the NY... Hi, I ordered my stuff back in August and I still have not received my items. I have spoken to you on the phone at length, allowing you to spout off for over an hour about your grand scheme. I have sent numerous emails which are being ignored, I have posted on Facebook and now you have banned me so I am unable to contact you. I remained polite and professional in all my communications, its a shame you havent done the same. I dont know what else I can do to get through to you so, lets make this really, really simple - I want a refund and I want it immediately!! Please think very carefully before you respond with any snide or clever remarks to this post. Ill be clear that this is not a threat, I dont want you to take this the wrong way but I would just like to inform you that I am heading up your way for business in the NY and if my refund has not been received or I feel your response to this post is anything other than professional and courteous I will make a detour and come to see you in person. Id very much enjoy the opportunity to resolve this issue face to face and see whether you are still quite so quick to dish out insults and lies, let me promise you now, you will not be. As a side - and Im sorry to go on but lets face it you are pretty capable of waffling yourself - I own/invest in several very successful, very profitable businesses, I am also an experienced and reasonably prolific investor in peer to business leading and have lent to over 500 businesses to date. With this in mind I watched your campaign initally with interest. Unfortunately the interest quickly changed to bewilderment and finally utter disbelief as I saw how you conducted yourself with all aspects of your business. With my experience and background I feel like I am in a reasonably good position to offer you some advice. Here it is, please take it.... Get out while you still can. You are no businessman, you havent got the first clue on what you are doing or how to conduct yourself professionally. I honestly have never seen anything like it before. How can a trader run out of stock within days of opening his shop, how can someone in the customer service industry refer to his customers and backers as ugly twats, moaners and knobs - all on public forums and all the while blatantly engaging in what, to my mind, constitutes criminal behaviour. Your incompetence and bad attitude are staggering. We both know I will not get the refund so I look forward to meeting you next year for a face to face chat where I will be looking for a refund with suitable interest and compensation for travelling out of my way to visit you.
