Im going to hire another person for my job site and thought Id try Facebook nation before hitting my Rolodex...need someone that can work with a paint brush as well as a broom depending on whats needed. ability to sand and prep drywall for texture would be a plus. Someone able to take instruction, is familiar with job sites and who has an eye for detail. Must be able to be on time with dependable transportation and willing to work hard. Be comfortable wearing a respirator mask when required. Im not looking for someone I have to teach how to paint, etc. no time for a learning curve on this job (woodway area) 9am - 2pm Tuesday - Friday , and maybe even more hours as deadlines are looming. $10-12/hr depending on skill level - if you a skilled painter then perhaps a little more..job will last at least a couple of weeks and depending on abilities could last much longer. Ill check fb throughout the day and respond within a reasonable amount of time.
