Im going to show you guys the best exercises to tone and prevent those arms becoming saggy as we age. The muscle we are strengthening and toning is the triceps brachii muscle (Latin for three-headed arm muscle) is the large muscle on the back of your arms. - First exercise is dips : you can do this one at home try aim for 15 reps with 3 sets. - Second is lying tricep extension: lay down on a bench grab your bar hold it close not wide then extend your arms down and back up again. 3x15 - Third is kickbacks: you dont need to go heavy just make sure you are squeezing that tricep when you kick back. 3x15
