Im happy to report that our last two puppies went to their new homes on Saturday. It was so awesome to have them go at the same time so that neither was lonely. In a weird twist of fate one family met a woman at the beach that had a Boerboel from a previous litter. They had never seen a Boerboel and quickly fell in love. They had just lost a female Labrador to cancer. They came out to see our female pup the next day and fell in love. Within an hour of their leaving a previous client who had purchased a Bouvier from us a decade ago called saying they had recently lost him from cancer. They came out for the male the next day. The two families met and are now going to be puppy family/friends. In another weird twist I then received an email from Nick (from Idaho) who just finished our training course. He said Hey, I just heard my uncle bought a Boerboel pup from you! Neither one of us knew about the tie to Nick until later in the day. Small world! IT IS TRUE, WE ARE NOT GOING TO BE BREEDING DOGS ANYMORE. We have had a great time over the years providing some fantastic dogs for our clients to enjoy. All good things come to an end eventually. It is just a different season for us now and raising puppies right is a major responsibility. Travis and Abby will be breeding litters in the future so you may see some offerings here from them. They will be breeding Rottweilers and Australian Cattle Dogs in the future.
