Im honestly an impatient guy, and perhaps thats why I was freaking out about my life and its future so much the beginning of this week. But throughout the entire week, a group of admins, friends, and family have been supportive enough to calm my paranoia about my future and other irrational fears running around in my head. Long story short, Ive been making a great fuss and causing myself to lose sleep and feel like crap on things that are supposed to cause me to relieve stress. Not to cause more of them, and God forbid, I already have too much on my plate. The whole issue of being an admin a chore to do? Better time management and the ability to prioritize what is necessary to my future careers. Smut? The acceptance that while it can be present in RPs, that I dont need to always do them if theyre absolutely unnecessary or possibly not at all (if both parties agree) and that it should not keep me from RPing my ships with admins. The inevitable retirement as an admin? Ill let that day come to pass naturally. If I force myself to retire now and therefore cut off one of my major stress release activities, Ill end up being under more stress than ever before. Ill end this welcome back speech by saying that honestly, Im so sorry for my irrational emotional outbursts this past week. I hope that they will subside as I realize that theres no need to fear the future, but accept it, whatever it may bring. And that to live happily, I just gotta live the present that God gives me every day. -A.P.
