Im *incredibly* lucky to have the support I do. And to be as determined to stay in treatment. I have severe clinical depression, anxiety issues & PTSD. Not to mention my chronic (daily now) migraines. It would be SO easy for me to have fallen into this cycle. And I may yet. But for now, I make my phone calls, keep on the organizations to set up my appointments (when I had them, once a month with therapist & once every 3 months for medication maintenance). Dont know how long itll be before Ill get back in right now. Because I finally have insurance that doesnt bleed my parents dry (close to $800 a month), Im sent over to the group clinic next door. Finding regular therapists & psychs is next to impossible.
