Im just about at the end of my tether and not far from exploding at the stress and responsibility of taking care of Mum virtually single-handedly, whilst perfectly fit other members of her family barely do 1% towards helping or supporting her. If I didnt have Leanda behind me and doing so much, I think I would have joined Dad by now! I know its usually the closest one who is on the receiving end of being a punchbag, but the stubbornness and resistance to change from an 87 year old can bring you to your knees. Im taking the rest of the day for myself, a walk along the beach, phone off and clear my head.
