Im just going to throw this out there for a leadership lesson. I studied this at Case, I study it now... When an employee or 2 leave, its more about them. When several employees leave all at the same time, its YOU!! Im my own boss now, so this is just a general statement that everyone in management should know. Lol! Management is not for everyone! You could be an awesome worker and know your stuff and the company promotes you. It takes a big person, who knows they dont want to manage, to turn that down. Management is about developing the people around you. You should always be trying to help them grow and push things to the next level, not in a micromanagement fashion. Thats all!
