Im laid up this weekend with a bit of a knee injury, so I decided to watch a little netflix, which Ive not done in a while. I started watching Hannibal. So far its not bad, but there is one odd casting choice: Scott Thompson (formerly of The Kids in the Hall) plays a crime scene investigator. This show is pretty dark and graphic, and Thompsons character always shows up at a gruesome crime scene or an equally gruesome autopsy. Its a grim scene, but I giggle every time because I assume hes on the verge of doing something extremely hilarious and flamboyant. He never does. Imagine my disappointment.
