Im learning more and more that some friends are with us throughout our entire life and others flow in and then flow back out. And this is okay. While they are here, we can enjoy each other and learn from each other. And when its time for our journey together to end, we can wish each other well and say goodbye with love. We dont have to hang on if it no longer feels right, nurtures us, or fills us up. I find that so freeing.
