Im less invested in the failure to indict the officer in the Eric Garner chokehold death. Video evidence clearly shows him resisting arrest. Perhaps if the officers werent so aggressive they might have heard him say I cant breathe! Anyone who has had a near-asphyxiation episode will certify when you cant get a breath you go into a panicky state much like youre flailing about that looks like youre resisting arrest.
