Im making homemade applesauce for my brother, so I thought Id share my way real quick. I peel a small bag of green apples. Cut them into chunks. Obviously minus the core. Throw them in a pot. Add a cup and half of apple juice. Squeeze out the juice from a whole lemon. Add a cup and a half of brown sugar. Three shakes of cinnamon, one shake nutmeg. Mix it up real good. Bring to a boil, then let simmer on medium low for a half hour. Smoosh it all up with a potato masher and voila!
