Im new to facebook, and have enjoyed my first couple months of reconnecting with all my friends and loved ones. i hope you are all well, and dont mean to do anything other than lay it down straight in case you heard some crookedness... I know Half of you hate politics on fb, but the rest of you love it, so here it is. Six years ago i was living the dream, learned a trade from my family and began to be successful in every aspect of life, in my mid twenties... One day we formed a new business and I was told I was a partner.... After three years of working as an implied partner with my brothers, I tried to buy a house. The bank informed me that I was merely a working partner and was refused a loan as I wasnt a part owner of said company. I wasnt even actually employed, so any future options werent available, furthermore I wasnt covered by workmans comp in case of an accident, and didnt even have personal health insurance (thanks obama, after 10 years of no one caring about my health) I approached my brother joseph lyons about the situation, and as an actual member of the llc, he lied to me, he would soon employ my sister kaitlyn lyons to lie, in which she gratefully did (for a paycheck) . On joes wedding day with janelle murray (a guidance counselor...lol), they knowingly put me on the alter as his best man... Joe told the truth to his friends and family members , but continued to lie to my face. (bryande murray was to use this information maliciously and tell my close friends...george lyons used it to try and sleep with my girlfriend.. my mom...notarized the documents that made the company legally binding.) When joes barbie wedding and house were complete he began telling me I would never be happy... When I eventually stopped working, I couldnt even collect unemployment...but I left and was determined to succeed in life, despite my family insuring my failure. After three years of traveling and being successful in some of the most prestigious locations in america, they asked me to come back!!!!! I said no, and that I wanted my fair share of the three years of "partnership" or they could consider themselves lieing sacks of shit that werent part of my family. insisting I was a "partner", they refused, laughed, belittled me, as a family!, tried to get me to sue the company ( i was informed i couldnt...), they tried to have me committed...lol (if you believed what they were selling, im sorry to tell you, they dont give refunds on bullshit) My only legal threat is to refuse them access to the incredible life that I have already begun to rebuild from scratch. A life planned and predetermined separate from this whole mess. Im so glad I survived this saga in my life... I am damn proud of it, proud to have real friends and family that support me through my ups and downs. Im on my way to the top, you can believe that.
